Charlie is a Managing Director with CFGI’s Business Transformation Practice.  He specializes in partnering with the office of the CFO to assess current state functions, design the ideal operating model, and implement the initiatives needed to achieve the targeted future state. Charlie is CFGI’s offering lead for Life Science Commercial Readiness Assessments and Commercial Transformation engagements.

Prior to joining CFGI Charlie was a Vice President with Santander Bank, N.A and operated as a finance transformation specialist across critical banking functions.  Charlie additionally has Audit & Assurance and Transaction Advisory experience with PwC and KPMG respectively.

Charlie’s projects have included process redesign, core financials and close acceleration, CFO Future State Visioning workshops, and Commercial Launch Discovery and Transformation in Life Sciences.  Charlie has subject matter experience in transactional accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset, project accounting), general accounting, month-end close (account reconciliations, consolidation), financial planning and analysis, and reporting. Charlie is an experienced leader and is considered by his clients to be a trusted advisor throughout each engagement and beyond.

Charlie holds a B.A in Economics and Political Science from Connecticut College, as well as an MBA and MS in Accounting from Northeastern University D’Amore-McKim School of Business.
